Hi Bear, great picture and video. This is a Red-winged starling, looks like a male due to its dark, uniform head. Females have a grey head. Confusion species is Pale-winged starling but they have a bright orange eye.

***Pale-winged is out of range for Kenya anyway as their range is South West Africa.
