Can someone one please identify this gull for me. I spotted it in the city dentre in Vancouver, Canada

I’m thinking Western Gull.

Given primaries look a bit grey, probably "Olympic Gull" (Glaucous-winged x Western)?

Or a pure Glaucous-winged; hard to tell from this photo.
But it is certainly not a Western Gull, since the underside of the wingtip is largely whitish.
