Warbler (?) ID, Southwest Florida (1 Viewer)

I was going through photos I shot during February in a park in Fort Myers, Fla., and I'm having trouble ID-ing this bird that I assume is a warbler of some sort. It has faint markings in the yellow so it looks like it may be transitioning from winter to summer plumage. I want to be sure I have the ID correct before I post the photo to my web sites: http://www.pathemlepp.com and http://www.pbase.com/hemlepp.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
