Water Rails at Baffins Pond, Portsmouth (1 Viewer)

Hello All

Anyone in Hants interested in photographing Water rail could do a lot worse than Baffins pond, Portsmouth at the mo, where two very confiding birds are present and viewable down to around two metres sometimes. The difficulty is getting a shot without wire or vegetation in the way, here is what I managed.

This picture (the one with this post) was taken using the Nikon 3X Teleconvertor (that’s how close they were) and has been croped a bit to remove some wire.
