It is always good to post the date of a sighting. In this case it will not really help with the identification - the bird is distinctive, but if it is a recent photo it is interesting because Yellow-breasted Chats are rarely seen in Northern California this time of year.

It was taken on May 3rd, 2023 along the American River Between Cool and Coloma Ca.
