What bird's feather? Iran (2 Viewers)

A friend of mine sent this photo a few days ago.
According to the size of the toilet paper on which the feathers are placed and its size is about 11 cm,
it is possible that the feathers are related to what species.
Thank you for your attention and help.

As my friend mentioned, it was in a park in the city and it was the summer season.
Is it possible that the feathers belong to the Eurasian Golden Oriol?

The Yellow Finch shown is a Great Tit, Parus Major. So unlikely.
Yes, the photo is of a Great Tit, Spinus tristis is American Goldfinch, 'Yellow Finch' is not a species name but a genus name, and none of the three taxa above fits the attached description (black face + inhabits savanna).

EDIT: On a more serious note, the closest I got before I bumped into that website was also a finch, White-winged Grosbeak - BirdForum Opus (because of the combination of black, yellow and white), but it didn't fit, unfortunately.
