I saw this bird and can't identify it. Can someone help ? Thanks...
seen 3/10/23 at 2 pm in york, south carolina....

A Yellow-bellied Sapsucker is actually a kind of woodpecker, and the yellow on the body is somewhat unusual for a woodpecker. The yellow is usually hard to see as the birds commonly have it pressed up against a tree.
