Yellow-rumped Warbler. Yellow patches on side diagnostic, face pattern is good to know, as is the call and the fact that almost all warblers moving through now are this species.

Great photo , a good behavior trait of Yellow-rumped is they forage from middle to low in the trees , right to ground level.
