It appears as if there is a golden crown on photo 1.

Crown colour is fairly useless for ID. As Quert says, concentrate on face-pattern: strongly-marked on golden-crowned kinglet, almost none (as here) on ruby-crowned kinglet. And I think that what you think you're seeing as gold on the crown in pic 1 is just a few feathers caught in sunlight while the rest of the crown is in shade.
