I've liked our couple of music lyric entries so far (they won't help you win, but I've still enjoyed them).

Hi Brock,
since you're so shure of your victory, I felt obliged to (re-)write a song for you. Here you are:

I'm a believer

I thought Primes were only true in fairy tales,
meant for someone else, but not for me.
Oh, Primes were out to get me,
that's the way it seemed,
disappointment haunted all my dreams.

Then I saw Zen Ray's -
now I'm a believer!
Not a trace of doubt in my mind.
I'm a-posting, mhhhh,
I'm a believer,
I couldn't leave it if I tried!

I thought Primes were more or less a rich man's toy.
It seemed the more I saved, the less I had.
What's the use in trying?
All you do is in vain!
When the day was sunny,
in my binos it 'd look like rain!

Then I saw Zen Ray's -
now I'm a believer!
Not a trace of doubt in my mind.
I'm a-posting, mhhhh,
I'm a believer,
I couldn't leave it if I tried!

Oh, Primes were out to get me,
that's the way it seemed.
But disappointment still haunts all my dreams:
What if these Zen Rays -
though I'm a believer -
will end up in another place?

Now there's a trace of doubt in my mind:
I'm a-posting, mhhhh,
I'm posting at all times.
But the other one, ohhhh,
he's got the lovelier rhymes.
Yes the other one, ohhhh,
he's got the lovelier rhymes …

Raffaele

Here's the tune that goes with it:

I have to commend you for "monkeying" around with the lyrics to make a funny and apt parody of the song. I've been known to spin a parody or two myself. Too tired and too late for one tonight. Another time...

Good day all !!! Raining since morning at my location. Just viewed a pair of drenched and seemingly dejected Red Vented Bulbuls

This is surely the earliest post I will ever make on this forum but a combination of being too warm (possibly partly due to a lot of sun yesterday), a couple of itchy insect bites on my ankle and what I think is a Wren singing really loudly and insistently just outside means I won't be sleeping any further this morning so I may as well do something useful.

About this bin
I'm too phlegmatic
And worn too thin
To wax poetic.
But I hope I win
This Roof Prismatic!
