Wren or Warbler? (US, Central Illinois, McLean County, Oct 2022) (2 Viewers)

Good morning. This little guy became trapped in my sunroom this morning. I untangled the spiderwebs from his toes, but he was reluctant to leave my warm hand, as it was approx. 34 F this morning. He did fly away, but only about 20 feet to the ground near my garden. I thought this was some sort of wren, but my local birdfeed shop thought a warbler, since his tail wasn't held up. I'm still thinking a wren, perhaps a Winter Wren, but wanted to get your thoughts. We are in Central Illinois (McLean County) and our neighborhood is just a cookie-cutter development with a few mature trees, but not many. Definitely not a wooded area. Thanks in advance! :)
