This was taken in Yala National Park - Sri Lanka, in November - 2019. This is the only image I have of this bird. Appreciate your help in identifying this bird. Thank you.

Unfortunately even in the original photo, there are no other birds or objects that can be used as a size reference. Since this is from 2019 I can't recall much details either. My bad. Thank you for trying.
