Hello,
thanks for correction Tom!

I thought I can make out a paler body against quite uniform slightly darkish underwing (including a good underwing pattern I agree with Butty, but yes also good for STE) and I thought I would see an indication of some distinct bars in the tail if this is a STE

But yes, I certainly squeezed too much out of this picture here and please compare my try to enhance the picture with the excellent and helpful improvments from MacNara and others.

And surely biased by Toms comment, I see an appearant head pattern and shape that fits STE (hey Alex please stop???)

I saw one just 20 minutes ago and one this morning so I should’ve beaten Tom to it - many is the time on these ID threads that I fall into the trap of, hmmm, people are debating between Golden and Bonelli’s, so which is it? In future I think I’ll look at the photos only, whilst trying to ignore the text!
