Landing Osprey (Pandion haliaetus)

The osprey is one of my favorite birds, and taking flight photos is very challenging. I spotted this young bird as it was approaching a large dead tree. I shot a burst of frames as it reached the tree and was pleased to find that they turned out to be quite nice images. This frame is my favorite of the group.
Cheers,
Tyler

BTW - The bird actually landed on that large limb.
