Conquest HD compared with Vortex Viper HD?
The Vortex Viper HD is a great binocular, and I think is a great choice at it's price point. I have tried it side by side with the Zeiss Conquest HD (both in 10x42) and I preferred the Zeiss Conquest HD. It seemed more clear and brigher to me, and just ergonomically felt better. I do like the... -

It doesn't matter to me where they are made...as long as they're not telling me they're made somewhere, when in fact they are not. If it says made in China and it looks good, I'll by it. If it says Made in Japan and looks good, I'll buy it. If it says Made in Germany, but it's really made in... -
