    Last saw N. Wheatear here in the Eastern Algarve on the 12th. There was a single Golden Plover here in Tavira on 31st October (which we couldn't make into anything else) but none since. They are very late arriving.

    Slender-billed Gull confirmation. Algarve

    There are currently around 200 Slender-billed Gulls in the Eastern Algarve. The species was removed from the Portuguese rarities list several years ago and the numbers seen here continue to increase.
