    Hi, I have been birding on and off since about 2010, when I started out birding locally around Essex in the winter on local patches, there was always huge numbers of Waxwings, all over, local town, supermarket car parks..the list goes on. I would regularly see 5/6 different waxwing reports...

    The Glossy on the meads was a huge shock wasn't it..Being on are local patch right by a very busy town center, a busy pub/restaurant and a big shopping park not to mention the place has roundabouts and road's going around the whole patch..But it was great!!!

    Considering how much Koi's are im not sure I would be to pleased if it was on my pond, there lovely birds but can't have them eating hundred's of ponds of fish.

    Iv been looking out for that Grey Wagtail all week by the Sluice, Seems a resident in that area seen him or her there a few times before plus another by Wilkinson's but that could of been that bird.
