This loch once supported an Eel fishery.

[edit] Areas of Interest

There is a hide with information boards and leaflets.There is also a feeding station that gets a good selection of Birds in front of the hide including Great spotted Woodpecker and Yellowhammer. You can also do a circular walk around the loch.

Four miles east of Forfar on the Friockheim Road. There is a hide and a recently constructed circular footpath around the loch.
