Distribution

Sulawesi, Lesser Sundas and south-western islands of the Moluccas, Indonesia.

Taxonomy

Subspecies

Clements lists 2 subspecies [1]:

  • L. p. pallida: Sulawesi, Lesser Sundas and south-western islands of the Moluccas.
  • L. p. subcastanea: lower Palu Valley, Sulawesi.

Habitat

Subtropical and tropical lowlands, dry shrubland and grassland.
