Identification

  • Yellowish-buff flanks
  • Orange-yellow throat.

Distribution

Eastern Africa: found in southern Somalia, Kenya and north-eastern Tanzania

Clements regards this as a monotypic species [1].

Habitat

Arid open grassland.
