Identification
Extinct.
25 cm. Chocolate brown head, pale bluish grey bill with black tip. Brown back and the wings, rufous lower back and the tail, grey purple underwing coverts and the outer webs, ochre yellow breast, the abdomen, and the undertail coverts, olive brown mid rectrices, bue grey outer rectrices, grey brown feet and orange eyes.
