Identification

- Blackish chin, lores and forehead
- Rest of plumage dark bluish-grey
- Paler belly and flanks
Distribution
Africa: endemic to the montane forest of the Albertine Rift in south-west Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Montane forest, both primary and secondary; forest edges and clearings.

Diet
Their diet includes insects, including caterpillars and beetles.
