    I would like to know your ID about this Accentor which we have seen in Dizin location ( Iran ) 36.087992, 51.407919 Dizin is the largest ski resort in Iran . It is located in the Alborz mountain range. Can it be a Black-throated Accentor because of the black spot under its throat?
