Is this a bird? Seen in UK

Hello everyone, I have some perplexing pictures taken today in the UK. I see something pale in a tree hollow (roughly centre of the pictures) and I am not sure whether this is a bird. I understand that the pictures are low quality and so I do not expect to be able to say for sure, but does...

Alright so I have some bird food and some feeders. But I live in an apartment, on the 16th floor (there's 30 floors in total, in the apartment.) My question is, do you think birds would go that high to eat? Would they even notice if I put out food from that height? And, what are some things I...

    Light-vented Bulbul

Today I saw two light-vented bulbuls perch in a tree. One of them turned to the other one, sort of hunched down a bit, and vibrated its wings at the other one, which flew away. I haven't seen this behaviour before and assumed it was a dominance display or something, is that true?

    Orange-bellied Leafbird?

So I was walking through my compound when I saw a medium green bird perched on a twig, then it flew away. I'm in Shanghai and my compound has quite a lot of trees in it, is it possible that this was a female Orange-bellied Leafbird? Because after looking at my bird book I think it was.

    Helping Kingfishers

Hi! I have two kingfishers in my compound, I see them fishing at the back. I want to help them so they are tempted to stay. Should I feed them? If so, what should I give them? Shanghai, What Bird is This?

Hi everyone! Today I saw a flock of very small birds, smaller than sparrows. I believe I have seen a female Grey Wagtail. I saw her beside water and she looked like some sort of wagtail as soon as I saw her. She was grey on top and sort of yellowish below.
