    Cooper's Hawk?

    I see a lot of red-tailed hawks high up, and maybe some Cooper's hawks as well, but I've never seen one at ground level. I disturbed this one's lunch the other day, a small bird like a sparrow or wren by the looks of it. Is this a Cooper's Hawk?
