    Red-eyed Vireo?

    Took a couple of record shots of this bird in terrible lighting conditions...Pics taken yesterday up along the Blue Ridge Parkway, jusyt outside Sparta, North Carolina. The bird was not singing, but just chirped away as it fed...I'm guessing juvenile Red-eyed Vireo, but would like other opinions...

    Grosbeak Juveniles?

    Hi, I had two of these (juveniles my guess) arrive in my son's yard in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina this afternoon. I'm guessing they are juvenile Grosbeaks, and looking at the Crossley ID Guide, they look like they could be Blue Grosbeaks to me. Any ID info would be gratefully...
