Red-eyed Vireo? (1 Viewer)

Took a couple of record shots of this bird in terrible lighting conditions...Pics taken yesterday up along the Blue Ridge Parkway, jusyt outside Sparta, North Carolina. The bird was not singing, but just chirped away as it fed...I'm guessing juvenile Red-eyed Vireo, but would like other opinions please.

Could you see the eye color on the bird live? That is supposed to be a field mark for age in these birds.
