What specie is this? Cotinga? (1 Viewer)

I am no bird expert, I have tried google and wikipedia, but I can not find out what specie this is. So hopefully someone here can help me

Frost

It is a White-capped Tanager, a scarce but widespread Andean species.

I went "googling" and could not find anything!

The specimen does look rather cotinga-like. White-capped Tanagers are pretty strange as far as tanagers go- act and sound more like jays.
