This was developed for my personal use but I spent more time than expected and I think it will be gratifying to me if it is also useful for other fellows.
The BirdsBy.Me is an online tool that lets you know how many species of birds have a user in flickr. This is the primary purpose of the tool. Additionally you can see how many bird species are represented in Flickr (currently 9716).
With this new version it is also possible to search for photos of birds without tags and add to it the tag with the scientific name. The search checks, in the title and the description, if it contains the scientific name of a species listed in Clements 5.5 List edition.
