Mexican pacific south coast - Is called Colorin

Hi, few days ago a beautiful blue bird with a yellow chest came into my window. I took a photo through the window, some people in my town said me that this is a colorin bird, but i can't find more information about it. Someone could help to identify this beautiful bird?
Greetings from mexican south pacific coast!

Orange-breasted Bunting indeed, and you are very lucky to live in a place that has species such as this! They are endemic to south-west Mexico.

Yep, it's very fortunate live in a place with beautiful birds, but every day the city grows and more trees are cutted. :(
