(Poland) Which eagle? (1 Viewer)

Any help on this one would be gratefully appreciated we need it for our website - bird can't go on there without a 100% id!

Seen on August 12th 2007. Above some fish ponds / meadows in eastern Poland (Korczew to be precise).

I'm just struggling a little with the apparently large distance between the dark eye area and the dark tip of the bill. It's probably me, but I'd like to see this 'gap' shorter - to my uneducated eye it looks eagle-ish from this one pic. Do we have anymore Kev?

It does look like a female or immature Marsh Harrier, though as Tim notes it has a very Eagleish like head..except for that pale crown.
