Gull ID please, UK (1 Viewer)

Please could someone confirm that this is a juvenile Lesser Black-backed? It was quite a lot smaller than the herring gulls it was with (you can see that the herring gull in the background is noticeably larger). I assumed the darker plumage and more delicate bill pointed to LBB?

I see nothing to exclude 1cy Herring. I'm still not saying it is HG, i have no experience of graelsii.
