Raptor id help - Tamilnadu, South India (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Saw these two raptors today (08-Feb-18). I believe both of them are Indian spotted eagles. Would really appreciate if someone could confirm/correct the id.

Pics 1 and 2 are of the same bird. Pic 3 is of another bird, taken ~30 kms away from the previous location.
