I agree that #s 1 and 4 are Eastern Phoebe and #5 is a Chipping Sparrow.

I think the warbler is too long-tailed for Bay-breasted, not sure what else it might be. The thrush looks like Swainson's to me.
 
Agree with birdmeister - Eastern Phoebes, Swainson's Thrush, and Chipping Sparrow. My guess for the warbler is a Pine, but that's only a guess.
