LBBG ? Lithuania (1 Viewer)

Today before sunset, in a flock of Hering gulls I found one gull who looks like LBBG 1st winter. Small head, slim bill, long primaries. But tertials looks a bit too whitish for me. What is your opinion?

Could be, but I'm struggling to see enough in the photos to be sure.
