Help i.d. in new york (1 Viewer)

Not sure if i hbabe a saltmarsh sparrow or 2 nelsons,and there were about 100 birds being harrased by a peregrine falcon i need to i.d.,thanks.

#1-2. European Starling
#3-4. Not sure, but would lean towards 2 Nelson's.

1 & 2 European starling
3 (left) Nelson's sparrow because the streaks are blurred instead of bold. Another photo would help though (right) saltmarsh sparrow because the streaks are bold.
4. Saltmarsh sparrow, the streaks on the white part of the belly rule out Nelson's

They don't look like European Starlings to me.. Wings and tail look a little long... and the body lacks the weight..

Pics 1-2 are Common Starlings for me.
