Is this a Western Wood-pewee? Playa Del Rey, CA - USA (1 Viewer)

Saw this little bird at the Ballona Marsh today.

I think it's a Western Wood Pewee.

With wing-bars and no eye-ring, it looks like a Western Wood-Pewee although it doesn't appear to have the vested look and it seems to have some yellow on the vent.
 
Although the most critical ID factor isn't visible in these photos (primary projection) I'd still agree with you on Western Wood-pewee. Looks to be the right shape (sloped forehead and peak toward rear of crown, sleek proportions) and coloration (drab olive-y brown-ish gray) for a Wood-pewee to me.
