These were photographed at Dalyan, SW Turkey.

Blue Featherleg (or White-legged Damselfly if you see it in the UK) and Banded Demoiselle - I think the Turkish form is intermedia
 
What was throwing me with the demoiselle was the dark band running all the way to the wing tip on the male and the female having the dark band also, but with the white dot.
