Green-winged Teal? (1 Viewer)

Hello, back from my trip to the Azores (Portugal), I show you some bad pictures of this teal. The bird tour leader said that it was the subspecies carolinensis (Green-winged Teal).
What do you think?
Best regards.

mmm, GWT doesn't usually show any white on the wing when folded, swimming like this one does. The second picture appears to show the top of the white vertical stripe of GWT. Not convinced GWT from these photos. Others may disagree though.

Moulting drake Eurasian Teal. This bird shows no traits of Green-winged whatsoever IMO. GWT doesn't show narrow yellow/cream border to green 'mask' either, which this bird clearly does.

Green-winged Teal does occasionally show the yellow/cream border on the lower part of the green mask under the eye.
