Hi,

Taken today (21/5) in Shanghai. When I first saw it thought might be female Blue-and-White, however the pale legs and lower mandible seem wrong. Not sure of any within this range with such pale legs.

Thanks in advance

This looks like quite a large-billed/headed bird and it appears to have a rusty tail, in addition to the pale (quite longish) legs and lower mandible...

Any chance its a Chat not a Flycather? Off to look in a book! Is there a Luscinia that could look like this. Fem Indian Blue Robin (L. brunnea) is close but not right!
