can anyone identify these UK birds please (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help me identify these birds.
The first picture is of a baby who has appeared a couple of times on the fence being fed by her parent, shown in the 2nd picture although quality isn't that good.
Any help with the third picture will be greatly appreciated as well
In advance Thank you for your help
Michelle.........

First two are juv and adult wren and not robin. 3 is dunnock or hedge sparrow - two names for one bird with the former gaining currency of late as it is not really a sparrow and no one likes the name hedge accentor, although it is actually an accentor.

I do see wher the suggestions of wren are coming from but surely, they're way off. Look at the scale (forget arguments of foreshortening - they apply to both bird AND fence palings) - a wren with at least a 4" span? I think the birds are fledgeling blackbirds - the 3rd pic is definitely a dunnock (adult).

Hmmm.... Can you send us a picture of a pint glass on the same bit of fence, Britannia? If it looks big Tim pays to fill it and I drink it - If it looks small the reverse applies.

Thanks,
Graham

lol!!
These birds were definately on the small side and the one who was feeding the other was more or less the same size, hope this helps! as for the pint glass i'll see what I can do!
Thank-you for all your help
