Tufted Duck or Juvenile Scaup (1 Viewer)

Can you please confirm if this is a Tufted Duck or juvenile Scaup. Shot was taken at the end of July.

Where was the photo taken please?
Hard to be sure but it looks to have only one wingtip, so possibly pinioned.
If so (and apologies if it's clear from other photos that it isn't) apart from the supposed ban on photos of captive birds it also makes ID/age more complex. (Early breeding, hybrids, in-breeding etc.)

Shot was taken at a lake in Walsall West Mids 30/07/2017. Normally there's plenty of Tuffted ducks on the pool but on this day this was the only one and seemed bigger than a tufted.
