3 birds from the himalayas (1 Viewer)

Three unidentified birds from near Darjeeling North India. Height of around 8000 feet above sea level.
1st is some falcon
2nd is some gull(hadn't expected to see one there)
3rd is some finch
is as much as I have been able to id.
Help appreciated.

My first impression of the falcon was that it looked bigger than a Kestrel, but it flew away so fast that, that photo was all that I got of it. But when I looked at the photo I thought Kestrel.
 
is picture 2 really a gull? Looks more like a sand plover species (Lesser Sand Plover seems most likely) with the rufousy ring around the neck? Or was this bird really gull sized? Pallas's gull is a big bird. Sand Plover a medium sized bird.

I would also say 1 is kestrel and 3 darkbreasted rosefinch
