Hello. I've been to Tenerife last month and I can't ID some of the birds I saw there.
1-2. African or Eurasian collared dove? Pictures were taken on the southern rocky beach. The individual in the 1st picture was quite pale. Other individuals were rather dark like the one in the 2nd pic.
3-5. Are they all juvenile Canary?
6-8. Yellow legged gull? The 2nd one looks darker and I thought it might be a Lesser black backed but maybe it's dark (due to the light?) Yellow legged. I attach the 1st and 3rd pics for comparison. Pictures taken on the southern beach.
9-11. Female/juvenile Spanish sparrows? I saw them by a small lagoon in the south.
12. Canary? Loation same as the pics 7-9.
