Djibouti: Kestrel or other small raptor? (1 Viewer)

Howdy! Please take a look at the pictures. Common buzzard was right next to him, so seems to be a pretty small guy. Maybe a Lesser Kestrel?

Between the two I think Levant. For one, it was mixed in with a huge migratory group of different birds, and according to the guide the Levant Sparrowhawk is a migrant visitor while Shikra is resident. Also the location was next to the ocean. The wings don't show striping (granted the distance is pretty far).

Thanks for the help! I'm chalking this one up as a Levant Sparrowhawk.
