Common redshank of the race ussuriensis? These birds that winter in SE Asia are quite striking in comparison to the ones we see in Europe.
 
How do you rule out spotted redshank here? The supercilium seems quite prominent and combine that with the rather long bill seems good for spotted?

Spotted has all dark upper mandible whereas Common (as here) has lower and upper mandible thus all base of bill reddish
 
As well as the bill pattern, there are also other differences e.g. overall brown tones, streaked head and breast, and the pattern of the scapulars/tertials, that point to this being a Common Redshank.
