You should also look into the "military" or "thumbs up" grip.

I use it all the time

I give the "thumbs up" grip too thumbs up! I had trouble holding my 10x42 SE steady. The ergonomics were very comfortable, but the bin was light for its size (24 oz.) Normally, thumb support from the bottom is one of the things I prefer about Porros, but in this case, it seemed to impart "the shakes."

The prism housing chamfering in the front lends itself well to this grip since the downward slant provides a good grip with your thumbs. I still shook more than with the 10x35 EII, but less than any other grip I tried. I also use this grip on the 8x32 SE if I'm having a "shaky day."

Well for shoulders there is shoulder press, front rises and lateral rises.
Forearm is a bit tricky what I normally do at the gym is grab either a bar or dumbells in my hand, sit down while resting my forearms on my legs and raising the bar/dumbell using just the wrists. I tried to explain as best as I could but if you search forearm exercises on youtube you'll find plenty of results.
 
The closest I come to exercise is alternating hands while drinking beer. Works better if you have several.

The best way to exercise for bin holding is not to start the engine of your car every morning, but to push it uphill, jump in it when it goes downhill and let the clutch do the work.
