Upstate New York Hawk in Migration (1 Viewer)

I saw this guy on September 16, 2017 in upstate New York at a Hawk watch. Do you know which hawk it is and could you tell me how you came to your conclusion?

Juvenile Red-shouldered Hawk. Identifying marks are the transparent white crescent shaped panels at the base of the outer primaries which all RSHs show if the light is right. Streaked and barred markings on the chest and abdomen in the 3rd picture which juveniles show and alternating thin dark and light tail bands.
