Hi
Can someone identify this for me?

Found in plains near foothills of himalaya... in Islamabad Pakistan...
It was sitting on a small bare tree and would wag its tail occasionally.

Looks like Water Pipit ssp. blakistoni, dark legs, plain back and buffish underside with rather weakly marked breast.
