Micromoth ID Kent please (1 Viewer)

I was in my local park in Beckenham looking for butterflies and saw what I assume is a micromoth. I have never tried photographing micromoths or IDing them.

Attached are two photos. Having looked on the internet would I be right with mint moth Pyrausta Aurata?

Is the second, taken then area but later just the same?
